machine uses a Rod resistance in which you perform the exercises,
obviously quite different to the majority of home gyms on the
market.
Other machines in the bowflex range are quite good, however to be perfectly honest, this bowflex home gym is way overpriced.
Unless you can afford the next model up - The Bowflex Ultimate II - then we would recommend checking out the Ironman 600G Home Gym. This machine is much better quality and value for money.

You will have a great workout on this machine, no doubt about it. But you will have a great workout on all home gyms in this review!
What's Bad:
Unfortunately this machine is WAY overpriced and relies on people seeing the late night infomercials to pull you in. Don't be a sucker...
