However, this machine only works the Rectus Abdominals and that is it. So if this is all you want to workout, great. However be smarter and workout the Core Abdominal region (deep ab muscles) otherwise your lower back will suffer.
This is not a gimmick but a machine you fill find in most Health Clubs.
