infomercials, has helped the Ab King Pro become a "more respected" piece
of Abdominal Equipment.
What it is though is an exercise bench with a bar across the top. On top of the simplicity it is also a cheaply made product that is quite uncomfortable! Plus only fits a small percentage of users as it is not adjustable.
